1) Services and Results Disclaimer

Lashes By Orel provides beauty services including, but not limited to: eyelash extensions (Classic, Hybrid, Volume), fills, removals, lash lifts, lash tint, and brow lamination. Results vary by person and depend on factors such as natural lash health, aftercare, lifestyle, oil production, medications, and adherence to instructions. We do not guarantee specific results, longevity, or retention.

2) Eligibility and Minors

Clients must be at least 18 years old, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian if permitted by our policies and applicable law. We reserve the right to request identification.

3) Health, Safety, and Client Disclosure

You agree to disclose relevant medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, and recent procedures that may affect services (including eye infections, recent eye surgery, skin conditions around the eyes, pregnancy-related sensitivities, or use of medications that affect skin or hair growth). We may refuse or stop service if we believe proceeding is unsafe, unsanitary, or could cause harm. If you have symptoms of illness or contagious infection, please reschedule.

4) Appointment Booking and Communication

Appointments may be booked through our website and third party booking providers (for example, scheduling platforms). When you book, you agree to provide accurate contact information and to receive appointment-related communications (confirmations, reminders, and service updates) via email, phone call, or text message. Standard message and data rates may apply for text messages.

5) No Deposit and No Cancellation Fee

We do not require deposits and we do not charge cancellation fees at this time.

6) No Show Policy (3 Month Booking Ban)

A “no show” means you miss your appointment without notifying us in advance. If you no show, your account may be blocked from booking for 3 months. We apply this policy to protect availability for other clients.

7) Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. Depending on the schedule, your service time may be reduced, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, or your requested style may need to be adjusted. This helps us stay on time for other clients.

8) Payments, Pricing, and Taxes

Prices and service times shown on our website are estimates and may change without notice. Final pricing can vary based on factors such as lash condition, time required, desired fullness, and whether removal or additional prep is needed. Payment methods accepted are disclosed at checkout or at the time of service. You agree to pay all charges incurred for services provided.

9) Retail Sales (If Applicable)

If we offer retail products (aftercare, cleansers, tools), all product sales are final unless required by law. Opened or used products generally cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

10) Service Satisfaction and Adjustments

If you have concerns about your service, contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can review and, if appropriate, offer an adjustment. Normal shedding, improper aftercare, or external factors (oils, heat, steam, rubbing, sleeping position) may affect retention and are not a defect in service.

11) Aftercare Responsibilities

You are responsible for following aftercare instructions provided during or after your appointment. Failure to follow aftercare may reduce retention and can impact eligibility for adjustments.

12) Gift Certificates

If we sell gift certificates:

Gift certificates are generally non-refundable and have no cash value except where required by law.
Gift certificates are subject to California gift certificate laws, and expiration restrictions apply as required by law.
Lost or stolen certificates may not be replaceable without proof of purchase and the certificate ID.

13) Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, images, photos, videos, and designs, is owned by Lashes By Orel or used with permission, and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

14) Photos, Video, and Marketing Consent

We may request to take before-and-after photos or videos for quality control and marketing. We will not post identifiable content without your permission. You can opt out at any time by telling us during your appointment.
