1) Booking and Confirmation
- Appointments are available by booking only.
- Your appointment is confirmed once you receive a confirmation (email and/or text).
- Please select the correct service type (Full Set vs Fill) to ensure adequate time is reserved.
- If we believe the selected service does not match your needs (example: a fill booked but a new set is required), we will discuss options before proceeding.
2) Deposits and Cancellation Fees
- No deposit required.
- No cancellation fee.
- We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer that time to another client.
3) No-Show Policy (3-Month Booking Restriction)
A no-show means you miss your appointment without notifying us in advance.
- No-shows are not eligible to rebook for 3 months.
- After 3 months, rebooking is subject to approval and availability.
- If you are running late or something unexpected happens, please contact us as soon as possible. Communication matters.
4) Late Arrival Policy
- Please arrive on time. Late arrival may reduce the service time available.
- If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened, adjusted, or rescheduled to avoid delaying the next client.
- If we cannot perform the scheduled service due to late arrival, it may be treated as a missed appointment for scheduling purposes.
5) Service Menu and Fill Policy
Fill pricing is based on the time since your last appointment with us:
- 1-week fill: $60
- 2-week fill: $100
- 3-week fill: $120
Additional fill notes:
- If you are past 3 weeks or have significant lash loss, a new full set may be required to maintain symmetry, quality, and retention.
Fills are intended for work performed by Lashes By Orel. If your last set was done elsewhere, we may recommend removal and a new set to ensure proper technique and consistent results.
6) Guests and Children
- For safety, comfort, and focus, please arrive alone unless arranged in advance.
- Children are not permitted during appointments.
7) Health, Safety, and Contraindications
For your safety, please disclose prior to service:
- allergies or sensitivities (including adhesive sensitivities)
- recent eye procedures or eye conditions
- skin conditions around the eye area
- any condition that may affect service safety or comfort
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:
- there are signs of infection, irritation, or inflammation
- continuing would be unsafe or could reasonably cause harm
- the environment becomes unsafe or disruptive
If you are sick or experiencing symptoms of illness, please reschedule.
8) Appointment Preparation
To support comfort, cleanliness, and retention:
- Arrive with clean lashes and no mascara.
- Avoid oil-based products around the eyes on the day of your appointment.
- If you wear contacts, bring your case and solution.
9) Aftercare and Retention
Retention varies by person and depends on natural lash cycle, lifestyle, and aftercare. We provide aftercare guidance at every appointment.
The following commonly reduce retention and are not considered application issues:
- rubbing or pulling lashes
- oil-based products near the eyes
- heavy steam/sauna exposure
- sleeping face-down or frequent friction
- improper or infrequent cleansing
10) Adjustments and Fix Policy
- If you believe there is an application-related issue, contact us within 48 hours of your appointment.
- We may request photos to evaluate.
- If an adjustment is appropriate, it will be scheduled subject to availability.
This policy does not cover:
- normal shedding from the natural lash cycle
- retention issues caused by aftercare non-compliance or external factors
- changes of mind after leaving the appointment if the agreed service was completed
11) Refund Policy
Because services are time-based and performed in full at the appointment:
- All services are non-refundable once completed.
If something is not right, contact us promptly so we can review and assist under the Fix Policy.
12) Payments
- Accepted payment methods are presented at checkout or at the time of service.
- Prices are listed on our website and may change. Your appointment price is confirmed at booking unless otherwise communicated.
- Tips are appreciated but never expected.
13) Photo and Content Policy
- We may request before-and-after photos for portfolio and marketing.
- Photos are never required to receive service.
- If you consent, you may request that we stop using your content in the future.
14) Accessibility and Equal Service
Lashes By Orel provides services in compliance with applicable laws, including:
- non-discrimination requirements under California law
- reasonable accessibility and accommodation practices consistent with applicable standards
If you need an accommodation to access our services, please contact us prior to your appointment and we will do our best to assist.
15) Communications (Email and Text Messages)
By providing your phone number or email, you agree to receive appointment-related communications such as confirmations and reminders. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time (appointment-related messages may still be necessary to provide service).
16) Gift Cards (If Offered)
If gift cards are offered:
- Gift cards do not expire and no inactivity fees are charged, consistent with California law.
- Redemption is subject to availability and these policies.
