Choosing the Right Service
What is the difference between Classic, Hybrid, and Volume?
- Classic: one extension per natural lash for a clean, natural look.
- Hybrid: a mix of classic and volume for texture and medium fullness.
- Volume: lightweight fans for a fuller look and more density.
Which set should I choose if I want a natural look?
Choose Classic. It is the most natural enhancement and is ideal if you want definition without heavy fullness.
Which set should I choose if I want a soft glam look?
Choose Hybrid. It is fuller than Classic but still soft and wearable.
Which set should I choose if I want the fullest look?
Choose Volume. Volume is best if you want a fuller lash line, or if you have fewer natural lashes and want more density.
I am new to lash extensions. What do you recommend?
Most first-time clients choose Classic or Hybrid. If you want noticeable fullness immediately, choose Hybrid.
Do you offer a “wispy” look?
Yes. Wispy styles are created through lash mapping and can be done in Classic, Hybrid, or Volume depending on how full you want the result.
Can I switch styles later?
Yes. You can move from Classic to Hybrid or Volume over time. Many clients start natural, then adjust after they see how it looks and feels.
Lash Fills and Maintenance
What is a fill?
A fill replaces extensions that have shed with your natural lash cycle and refreshes the shape and fullness. Fills keep your lashes looking consistent.
When should I book a fill?
Most clients book fills every 2 to 3 weeks for best retention and a consistently full look.
What fill should I book?
- 1-week fill: $60
- 2-week fill: $100
- 3-week fill: $120
What if it has been more than 3 weeks?
If it has been more than 3 weeks, or there is significant lash loss, a new set may be required to maintain quality and consistency.
Can I get a fill if my last set was done somewhere else?
It depends. If the existing work is not compatible with our standards, we may recommend a removal and a new set to ensure clean results and good retention.

How long does a full set take?
Typical ranges:
- Classic Full Set ($120): 2 hr 15 min to 2 hr 45 min

Retention, Aftercare, and Long-Lasting Results
How long do lash extensions last?
Extensions shed with your natural lash cycle. Most clients maintain their lashes with fills every 2 to 3 weeks.
What affects retention the most?
Retention depends on:
- Natural lash cycle
- Aftercare and cleansing routine
- Oil-based products near the eyes
- Rubbing, pulling, or sleeping face-down
- Heat, steam, and heavy sweating early on
- Makeup and how it is removed
What should I avoid after getting lash extensions?
For better retention:
- Do not rub or pull lashes
- Avoid oil-based removers around the eyes
- Avoid waterproof mascara on extensions
- Avoid sleeping face-down when possible
- Avoid excessive steam or saunas early on
How do I clean my lash extensions?
Clean lashes last longer. Use a lash-safe cleanser and gently cleanse the lash line, then rinse and pat dry. Clean them regularly, especially if you wear makeup or work out.
Can I wear makeup with lash extensions?
Yes. Avoid mascara on extensions and avoid oil-based products around the eyes. Gentle removal is key.
Safety and Eligibility
Do lash extensions damage natural lashes?
When applied correctly and maintained properly, extensions should not damage natural lashes. Lash health depends on appropriate weight selection, correct isolation, and good aftercare.
What if I have sensitive eyes or allergies?
Please let us know in advance. We will review your history and recommend the safest option. If it is not safe to proceed, we may decline service to protect your eye health.
Can I get lash extensions if I have lash loss or very sparse lashes?
Often yes, but we may recommend a lighter set (Classic or a soft Hybrid) to protect lash health. Volume may be possible depending on lash strength.
Who should not get lash extensions?
If you have an active eye infection, significant irritation, or recent eye procedures, lash extensions may not be appropriate until cleared. If you are unsure, contact us before booking.
Can I get lash extensions if I am pregnant?
Many clients do, but comfort can vary. If you are sensitive to lying down for long periods, a shorter service or a lash lift may be a better option.
Removal and Corrections
Do you remove lash extensions?
Yes. We offer professional lash removal ($20). Do not pull extensions off at home.
I do not like my set. What should I do?
Contact us as soon as possible. If adjustments are needed, we can review and advise the best solution.
Lash Lift and Tint
What is a lash lift?
A lash lift enhances your natural lashes by lifting them upward for a longer, more open-eye look.
How long does a lash lift last?
Typically about 6 weeks (around 40 days), depending on your natural lash cycle.
Should I add a lash tint?
A tint darkens your natural lashes for more definition. Tint typically lasts 1 to 2 weeks (around 10 days) and is a popular add-on with a lash lift.
Who is a lash lift best for?
A lash lift is ideal if you want a low-maintenance enhancement and prefer to avoid extension fills.
Brow Lamination
What is brow lamination?
Brow lamination sets brow hairs in place for a fuller, more structured look.
How long does brow lamination last?
Typically 6 to 8 weeks, depending on hair growth and aftercare.
Who is brow lamination best for?
It is great for clients who want brows that look more lifted, tidy, and shaped without daily styling.
