Choosing the Right Service

  • Classic: one extension per natural lash for a clean, natural look.
  • Hybrid: a mix of classic and volume for texture and medium fullness.
  • Volume: lightweight fans for a fuller look and more density.
Choose Classic. It is the most natural enhancement and is ideal if you want definition without heavy fullness.
Choose Hybrid. It is fuller than Classic but still soft and wearable.
Choose Volume. Volume is best if you want a fuller lash line, or if you have fewer natural lashes and want more density.
Most first-time clients choose Classic or Hybrid. If you want noticeable fullness immediately, choose Hybrid.
Yes. Wispy styles are created through lash mapping and can be done in Classic, Hybrid, or Volume depending on how full you want the result.
Yes. You can move from Classic to Hybrid or Volume over time. Many clients start natural, then adjust after they see how it looks and feels.

Lash Fills and Maintenance

A fill replaces extensions that have shed with your natural lash cycle and refreshes the shape and fullness. Fills keep your lashes looking consistent.
Most clients book fills every 2 to 3 weeks for best retention and a consistently full look.
  • 1-week fill: $60
  • 2-week fill: $100
  • 3-week fill: $120
If it has been more than 3 weeks, or there is significant lash loss, a new set may be required to maintain quality and consistency.
It depends. If the existing work is not compatible with our standards, we may recommend a removal and a new set to ensure clean results and good retention.

Appointment Timing

Typical ranges:

  • Classic Full Set ($120): 2 hr 15 min to 2 hr 45 min
  • Hybrid Full Set ($140): 2 hr 30 min to 3 hr
  • Volume Full Set ($150 to $160): 2 hr 45 min to 3 hr 15 min

Times vary based on your natural lashes and desired look.

  • 1-week fill: 45 to 60 min
  • 2-week fill: 60 to 75 min
  • 3-week fill: 75 to 90 min
Lash removal ($20) typically takes 20 to 30 minutes.

No. We are appointment only.

Retention, Aftercare, and Long-Lasting Results

Extensions shed with your natural lash cycle. Most clients maintain their lashes with fills every 2 to 3 weeks.

A professional lash extension appointment typically takes between 1.5 to 2 hours for a full set.

Retention depends on:

  • Natural lash cycle
  • Aftercare and cleansing routine
  • Oil-based products near the eyes
  • Rubbing, pulling, or sleeping face-down
  • Heat, steam, and heavy sweating early on
  • Makeup and how it is removed

For better retention:

  • Do not rub or pull lashes
  • Avoid oil-based removers around the eyes
  • Avoid waterproof mascara on extensions
  • Avoid sleeping face-down when possible
  • Avoid excessive steam or saunas early on
Clean lashes last longer. Use a lash-safe cleanser and gently cleanse the lash line, then rinse and pat dry. Clean them regularly, especially if you wear makeup or work out.
Yes. Avoid mascara on extensions and avoid oil-based products around the eyes. Gentle removal is key.

Safety and Eligibility

When applied correctly and maintained properly, extensions should not damage natural lashes. Lash health depends on appropriate weight selection, correct isolation, and good aftercare.
Please let us know in advance. We will review your history and recommend the safest option. If it is not safe to proceed, we may decline service to protect your eye health.
Often yes, but we may recommend a lighter set (Classic or a soft Hybrid) to protect lash health. Volume may be possible depending on lash strength.
If you have an active eye infection, significant irritation, or recent eye procedures, lash extensions may not be appropriate until cleared. If you are unsure, contact us before booking.
Many clients do, but comfort can vary. If you are sensitive to lying down for long periods, a shorter service or a lash lift may be a better option.

Removal and Corrections

Yes. We offer professional lash removal ($20). Do not pull extensions off at home.

To remove eyelash extensions safely without damaging your natural lashes, it is best to have them professionally removed using a specialized adhesive dissolver.

If you are removing temporary strip lashes at home, apply an oil-based makeup remover to the lash line, wait 60 seconds for the glue to loosen, and gently peel the strip away starting from the outer corner. Never pull or tug, as this can rip out your natural lashes.

Contact us as soon as possible. If adjustments are needed, we can review and advise the best solution.

Lash Lift and Tint

A Lash Lift and Tint is a semi-permanent treatment designed to enhance your natural lashes without the need for extensions. It is often described as a perm and color for your eyelashes.

Yes, lash lifts and tints are generally considered very safe when performed by a certified and experienced professional.

Typically about 6 weeks (around 40 days), depending on your natural lash cycle.
A tint darkens your natural lashes for more definition. Tint typically lasts 1 to 2 weeks (around 10 days) and is a popular add-on with a lash lift.
A lash lift is ideal if you want a low-maintenance enhancement and prefer to avoid extension fills.

Yes, it is generally safe, but hormonal changes during pregnancy can sometimes affect how well the lift takes. Because your skin may also be more sensitive, a patch test is highly recommended, and you should always consult with your doctor first for total peace of mind.

A lash lift and tint usually takes about 45 to 60 minutes.

The lift process (perming) takes about 30–45 minutes, and the tinting takes an additional 15 minutes. It’s a relatively quick lunch break service that gives you a low-maintenance, polished look for weeks.

Yes, but you must wait 24 to 48 hours after the treatment before applying anything to your lashes. This waiting period allows the lift to fully set.

Once that window has passed, you can wear mascara, but it is highly recommended to use a water-based formula rather than a waterproof one. Waterproof mascara requires oil-based removers or heavy scrubbing to take off, both of which can weaken the lift and cause the tint to fade much faster.

Absolutely, if you want a natural, low-maintenance look. It is a cost-effective alternative to extensions that saves time in your morning routine and keeps your lashes looking polished even while swimming or exercising.

Brow Lamination

Brow lamination sets brow hairs in place for a fuller, more structured look.
Typically 6 to 8 weeks, depending on hair growth and aftercare.
It is great for clients who want brows that look more lifted, tidy, and shaped without daily styling.

At Lashes By Orel, a brow lamination service typically takes 45 to 60 minutes.

This timeframe includes the application of the lifting and setting solutions to restructure the brow hairs, as well as any shaping or cleanup required to achieve a fuller, more structured look.
